Real Estate Management Information System Based On The Business Infrastructure Platform Design And Development

The information management of real estate industry covers a lot of aspects. Business procedure of the real estate companies industry is so complicated that business cycle is long, large amounts of data are separated in several places and data structure is complex. So developing management information system for real estate companies needs a big workload and long working time. Furthermore, the uncertain and immutable requirements make it difficult to modify or maintain a system. Thus, to become competitive in real estate industry by promoting the efficiency of management and administration, cutting the management cost down and shortening the project development cycle, the real estate companies urgently need a system to help them. To solve such a problem, this paper studies how to design and develop management information system for real estate companies.This paper mainly discusses the developing method and technology based on Business Infrastructure Platform. Business Infrastructure Platform is a software platform by which application software can be built rapidly with business-guided and business-driven. Compared with operation system platform and software cadre platform, its correlation with customer's management and business is much bigger, so it is a general infrastructure platform for developing software. Business Infrastructure Platform supplies usable and reasonable architecture for design, construction, integration, deployment, operation, maintenance and administration of management information system. And it also supports informationization strategy of customer-dominant, transformation by requirement, entire layout and integration.This paper studies several management information system for real estate companies, systematically introduces the concept of and the necessity of developing a platform, and detailedly discusses the core thought of platform implementation, the design idea and the design of functional models of platform, and the method of developing management information system based on platform.
