Cable Television Customer Service System Design And Implementation

The CATV system is rapidly developing from simple and simulate unilateral network to digital and economical bidirectional network in our country today. The CATV system customer became more and more. At the same time, cable television, as the major media, is threatened by other media, so the directors of the CATV system have to face the competition era. It is important that the directors must enhance the service and manage capability effectively when updating the network and offering TV program to customer.In this article, we mainly analyze the feathers of the service and management operation according to the situation, also concern about the current simple service manage method, meanwhile, we put forward a new multi-media service and manage platform integrated call center, fee-manage system and information release. Among the following chapters, we detail the sections of the customer service and manage system, including the data server, which mainly base on the SQL Server2000 software, centralize the basic information. The platform use advanced and mature technique, such as CTI,short message gateway,touch screen,web etc. Our develop team finished the system integration,WEB design,CTI system software,information release task in the end, I mainly take on the system design and system service software development.
