The acquisition and processing system of biological signals, which has invoked the technology in computer, digital signal processing and skill of life-sciences experiment, has replaced the amplifier and recorder used before. The display method of biological signals has changed and realized by software programming. The innovation of this system will benefit the processing of saving and analysis for signal data.It gathers collecting function, magnifying function, displaying and recording function. Now it is used for acquisition and processing the biological signals, electrocardiogram(ECG), blood pressure and so on. The system has been used for teaching and researching in fields of physiology, pharmacology and pathology. The system has four channels with 16 bits precision.The project discusses software design, which contains acquisition, conservation, displaying and processing. The signal data is transmitted through the USB interface, then is saved in real time and displayed smoothly.The development background and status quo will be introduced in the first chapter, application meaning also will be mentioned.The architecture of the whole system and software design will be showed in chapter two.In chapter three, we will mainly mention modules composing the acquisition part of the system. Users can obtain the biological signals which are useful in fields of physiology, pharmacology and pathology, and obtain basic knowledge and visual cognition about them.The elements of the processing function of the apparatus will be presented in chapter four. There will be more details about both what their functions are and how to realize them.In the end, we introduce the debug method of the software and give some results of application. In addition, the improvement methods and reasons for shortage in current status are also included.
