In recent years, LFMCW(Linear Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave) Radar has been payed more and more attention and has been used much more widely, but the existence of Range-Velocity Coupling has reduced the capacity of range resolution and range accuracy of LFMCW Radar. Besides, the defination of the threshold for the CFAR process has always been a problem for LFMCW Radar.Based on the introduction of the features of LFMCW Radar echo signals, a discussion of the Range-Velocity Coupling problem of LFMCW Radar, along with an analysis of the existing algorithms, is presented in this paper. An MTD-Frequency Pairing method is used to eliminate the Range-Velocity Coupling in this paper, which has achieved a higher range accuracy and has reduced the caculation by the optimization of the algorithm. Besides, the design and implementation of the display console of LFMCW Radar Signal Processing System is also presented detailedly as well as the image display of the echo signals. The last chapter of this paper gives the design method of the WDM driver programs on Windows2000 operating system and the implementation of the PCI 9054 driver programs for the system.
