It's very important to seek and solve the problems of the power supplying system by getting many power parameters of high precision. At present domestic market, the function of electric power parameter measurement instrument is more unitary relatively and the technology is not mature. Relative mature product has been offered by some foreign manufactures and scientific research institutions, but the price is very high. The article research is proposed based on such background.Firstly, the electric power parameter measure significance and the basic situation as well as present research situation, existence question and development tendency of the measurement instrument on the present market has been thorough researched in the paper, consulting the related literature material of the domestic and foreign electric power parameter detecting technology, through analysis and comparison overall design plan of the system has been proposed.In the article, author carried theory elaboration on the virtual value of voltage, current and other electric power parameter measure principle which with the higher harmonic influence. Author analyzed and compared good and bad points of several common mathematic methods and then decided to use the classic and mature Fourier transformation. The function of Fourier transform to solve each overtone peak-to-peak value with the complex form has been researched emphatically. The AC sampling algorithm in the article takes in-phase voltage and current as the real part and the imaginary part of the duplicate sequence to carry Fourier transform, its biggest merit is only once duplicate sequence Fourier transform can simultaneously obtain U,I,P,Q,COSĪ†, so that the computation quantity is reduced greatly.In the article, author adopt the digital-analog electric circuit of taking TMS320LF2407A as the core, other chips for auxiliary. The system is following the modulation principle to design software.The algorithm procedure which realized more difficult has been explained in detail and has proposed the computational procedure design of floating number aims at the massive floating numbers computation. And the resistance disturbance measure about hardware and software has been proposed.Finally, author carried the debugging and analysis on the system, unioned development board and laboratory development installment, with combined action of CCS debugging tool and hardware simulator, the procedures about A/D sampling, FFT algorithm and communication all has been debugged. And author has proceeded test of partial function of the system. Result indicated, the estimate precision (< 0.5%) has achieved.
