It is playing an important role in respect of realizing the information integration of enterprises, improving the management levels of enterprises, product development efficiency etc. It is very necessary to implement Workflow in PLM.The thesis is on the basis of the current situation of workflow and the PLM, work briefly, have designed a lightweight Workflow framework—PLMFlow, and then gives a detailed briefing of the function, the description of process with XML, the implementation of process, etc.. Accord with the application demand for PLM, provide the feasible scheme flowing. It plays a certain guidance role to the information construction of SMEs.
