With the high development of online game instury today, there are three serious shortcomings—the simple function, the difficulty of changing process, the scattered data distribution in the previous Customer Service Management System.Because of these problems, the previous Customer Service Management System could not meet the need of continious development of the company.So it is necessary for us that we need the newest Customer Service Management System in the Center of Customer Service.In this thesis, it is introcuced the technology of workflow. According to Workflow Management Coalition Workflow Reference Model, It is used the tool of activities of network, it is defined a set of workflow model—process model, permission model, organizational model,resource model,data model and application model.It is used relational database and achieved the model.After analyzation of the basic function of workflow engine, the core of workflow engine is divided into seven modules.It is also given the detail of the important functions of every module. Finally it is developed and achieved the basic functions of workflow management system based on the detailed system requirement.It is achieved a newly customer service management platform.In this platform its core is the process of workflow.It is also combined with the actual need of enterprise and is also taken into account other relating applications. The structure of this platform is devided into three layers—data layer, management layer and application layer. It has better heterogeneous because of hierarchical structure. It makes every kind of user only care about their own business logic,reduce the difficulty of implementation and improve the efficiency.The new Customer Service Mangement System provides a unified platform for customer service.It helps us make work process more smooth in the departments of Customer Service , reduce the redundant activity of work process, improve the efficiency of dealing with customer's problem,improve the satisfaction of customer. And it help the company create and implement the company's technical standards for customer service step by step and help the company reduce operating costs and operating risk.
