Along with the fierce development of the Internet and the continuous maturation of market, the world economy gradually moves into the e-business epoch. Internet brings a new way to achieve success for worldwide enterprises. In this process, the market strategy of focusing on production and taking sales increase as the final purpose is replaced by the new strategy of focusing on customers and taking service improvement as the final purpose, therefore, the one who can take advantage of the trend of the customer's requirement, strengthen the relationship with the customers, discover and manage customer's resources effectively, will smile to the end in the vehement competition. The core of the competition among the enterprises is the whole value chain for both the enterprises, suppliers, MRO and customers.Meanwhile, according with the great success of Chinese featured BtoB e-Business mode, conventional CRM can hardly satisfy the requirement of world e-Business development. Along with the latest improvement of computer and communication technology, eCRM comes into the eyes of our people, various eCRM scheme win people's favor gradually, especially the specialized eCRM scheme. eCRM combine the customers resource, suppliers resource, automatic sales, e-business, and information technology with the Internet based custom relation management. Now, eCRM has been widely used in Communication, bank, insurance, and aviation field. According to the sample statistic of Gartner, with the active customer service provided by eCRM, company sales increased 20% to 30%. Which means enterprises can receive obvious benefit after they bring eCRM into effect, and it also indicates that the future market is vast for either the eCRM suppliers or the eCRM service suppliers. Therefore, selecting the aviation spare part supply chain as the eCRM researching goal is valuable and representative.eCRM applied into the aviation industry is not very long. Nowadays, in order to reduce cost, improve efficiency, enhance competition ability so that they can become prosperous, worldwide aviation companies bring eCRM conception into their business one after another. However, most of the eCRM application in aviation field concentrates on MIS based on B/S model or ERP software technology, which is filled with aviation business process and data logic. The application of eCRM in aviation field hasn't been specialized and subdivided. Whereas, comprehensive and systemic application of eCRM in the aviation spare part supply chain hasn't appeared. As the result of that, this thesis will pay special and excessive attention to discuss on how to use the popular principle and technique of eCRM to improve the service and benefit of the aviation spare part suppliers, and how to save aviation spare part cost and raise aviation spare part purveying ability. Meanwhile, we also designed Internet based software to validate the corresponding theory.This thesis concentrates on the application and implementation of the Internet based eCRM in the aviation spare part supply chain. The main works we have done in this paper include:Firstly, talk about the concept of conventional CRM and its applying field, then give the definition of eCRM and make a comparison of them, what's more , we discuss about the inevitability of the birth and development of eCRM, and the future and developing trend.Secondly, analyze the characteristic and problem of China aviation spare part supply chain, and bring forward the Chinese featured aviation spare part supply chain operation and technology eCRM scheme in a creative way. This scheme is not only valuable, but also provide a new way to aviation spare part supply chain development.Finally, put the aviation spare part supply chain eCRM into practice, design a new Internet based eCRM system, in order to enhance information share, save aviation spare part cost, improve customer service, and get new profit, so that, either the aviation enterprise or aviation MRO, all of them can win in the same value chain. The system picks up the speed flow among the aviation spare part supply chain, and advances the depth of information and resource share among enterprises and customers.The content of this thesis can be described as following:Section 1.Specify the basis conception of eCRM, explain the inevitability of the birth and development of eCRM. Meanwhile make a comparison of eCRM and traditional CRM, and analyze the future and developing trend.Section 2.Expatiate the construction of aviation spare part supply chain, its characteristic and its trouble. Provide the aviation spare part supply chain eCRM system scheme. Investigate the operation eCRM scheme, and analyse the key point of system implementation, such as MVC and middleware technology, combination of data and operation procedure among the system, and give the corresponding settlement.Section 3.Put the aviation spare part supply chain eCRM into practice, design a new Microsoft .Net formed Hang Cai Tong eCRM system. Introduce the system structure, running requirement and applying technology. At the same time, give the subsystem modules function frame, and its main operation interface.Section 4.Summarize the success point and its shortcoming, I really expect that the thesis can become as the pioneers of eCRM research and application.
