In recent years, with China’s fast economic growth, China’s aviation industry isdeveloping rapidly, the gap between which and the advanced aviation industry inEurope and America as represented by Boeing and Airbus Company is narrowing stepby step. In the meantime of rapid promotion of research and development, designlevel and manufacturing technology, aviation spare parts support capability hasbecome the bottleneck of the development of China’s aviation industry, whichconfines the comprehensive promotion of China’s aviation industry.The topic takes aviation spare parts support business of Aviation IndustryCorporation of China (abbreviation: AVIC) as the research object. Aviation spare partssupport business involves more than200manufacturing enterprises belonging toAVIC, thousands of supporting enterprises, numerous customers at home and abroad,a dozen different models of aviation products and hundreds of thousands of spare parttypes. Support business presents as a long business cycle, multi-participants andcomplex relationships between supply and demand. For instance, manufacturers andusers of aviation products all need aviation spare parts, while, the manufacturers of akind of aviation product is often the spare parts supplier of another product. Facingcomplex relationships between supply and demand, and complicated business process,the user urgently needs to establish aviation spare parts support system to solvecurrent problems, standardize and optimize business processes, reduce the supplycycle and improve aviation spare parts support ability by using informationtechnology method.Aiming at the characteristics of aviation spare parts support business, this projectadopts Object-oriented analysis and design method and UML modeling technology todo overall business process modeling, key business process modeling and distinguishfunctional requirements from non-functional requirements of the project. This projectabstracts numerous system users as three roles of the buyer, the seller and the manager.Using ideas of multi-layer structure and component-based design, the project proposesan overall design scheme, including the overall architecture, development framework,physical structure and security design of system. Facing hundreds of thousands of spare parts and combining with aviation product characteristics, the project designs aset of material classification and coding standards for aviation product, and alsoapplies them to the project. Based on the J2EE framework system, following theMVC design and development mode, and applying SSH (Struts, Spring, Hibernate)technology, the research constructs a set of aviation spare parts support system with B/S structure and aviation industry characteristics. Furthermore, the topic conductedin-depth research and application on some key technology, such as separation of thedisplay interface from the business logic, multiple platform single sign-on andfull-text retrieval.The application of the system will provide an efficient and stable electronictrading platform for manufacturers and users of aviation spare parts, change thetraditional business mode, accelerate the turnover rate of spare parts and advance thesupply chain efficiency of aviation spare parts.
