The born of Biochip is the most important symbol in the high technology ,it combines knowledge in many fields, such as physics,photo-electricity, genetics and so on ,now it has already been the most important method to get irrelative information. Now biochip has been widely applied to gene inspection, aberrance, bromatology,disease diagnoses and some other fields. Generally, there are two kinds of biochip: solid biochip and suspension biochip. Suspension biochip is more widely used because it costs lower and can be used more conveniently.In the system of suspension biochip , the image acquiring and processing play a very important role, This article offers a way in biochip testing using CMOS and multi channels synchronization. This method needs multiple CMOSs work synchronization to get information .So the importance of what I will say is how the biochip get data synchronization in two channels using CMOS.At first, the article analyze the principle of the system,then,fix on the type of the key devices, and design the PCB with Proltel99. After finish the design of hardware and software,the system works well. At last,we test the whole system,the result illstrate that it is possible to detect fluorescence synchronization in suspension biochip by this image acquiring with multiple channels.A brief description about the current situation, background of the research,meaning of suspension biochip is given in the first chapters. Compared with the existing detection process in suspension biochip system, the novel design is presented in the second chapter. It is about the principle of the system of acquiring images from multiple channels synchronization In the following chapters. The background of hardware design and software programming are discussed in the fourth chapter. It is about how to design the system and make it work well it the fifth chapter. At last, the performance of this image acquiring system is analyzed in the seventh chapter, here we also summarize the whole system.
