| Biochip is the frontier technology in the field of Biotechnology, it could be widely applied to disease diagnosis, prediction, individualized treatment and so on. The chip produces hybridization reaction by target organisms, can get all kinds of information about target organisms of human body which is presented by image, through the testing equipment for image acquisition, analysis, processing, all kinds of information about target information in the body is outputted. At present, the individual gene diagnosis market is growing, and it requires a increasing performance of the biochip testing equipment.The biochip reader in the paper is a rapid testing equipment with high throughput for colorful biochip. Aim at long signal acquisition time, low flux, bad SNR and low intelligence in colorful Biochip reader, a new kind of rapid device with high flux was developed. The device consisted of hardware system and software system. It made an CCD as the photoelectric sensor elements, got the biochip microarray image. The device integrated the embedded operating system based on IMX6 chip. In software, the Microarray image processing, data analysis and result output was achieved through the code information of chip. We did experiments with the standard grayscale sheet and standard format chip. The results showed the Maximum measurement error was less than 0.1%, the value of R2 was 98.7%, and the value of CV was 1.0961%. The comparative results of 200 samples showed the detection performance was better than the same kind of marketed equipment.The device has a stable performance, it reads the value of accurate and the operation is simple and flexible, the work efficiency is improved. It meets the needs of clinical gene diagnosis.The device was tested by CmTC. The performance meets the design requirements, the safety meets national standard.
