With the development of the Human Genome Project,biochip technology has become a cutting-edge high technology with broad prospects for development in various fields of biological testing.Among them,immunoreactive protein,as a common test for biomedical diagnosis,has an important reference value for the evaluation and efficacy of diseases caused by bacterial infection,inflammation and tissue damage.In order to analyze visually and accurately the concentration of immunoreactive proteins in samples on biochips for disease diagnosis,a biochip measurement and control system is designed in this thesis.Firstly,this paper designs the overall architecture of the biochip measurement and control system through the analysis of the biochip measurement and control technology,combined with the parameters of the system;second,in view of the problem that the traditional microbial content detection technology is difficult to detect with weak fluorescence,the design uses the wavelength as the 356nm ultraviolet light is used as the excitation light source of the system.The photodiode is used to receive and convert the reflected fluorescence of the biochip test strip.Use filters,dichroic mirrors,lenses,etc.to filter and focus the light,and cooperate with the filter amplifier circuit.Realize the improvement of the detection efficiency of the weak fluorescence;again,in view of the detection error caused by the mechanical transmission,the auto disturbance rejection control algorithm is proposed to optimize the performance of the motor control,so that the sample can accurately reach the detection position;finally,to improve the system Accuracy,using the first-order derivative peak-finding algorithm to achieve accurate detection of the reflected light intensity curve,and complete the detection from the fluorescence intensity to the sample concentration according to the calibrated concentration relationship.In order to verify the stability and accuracy of the entire system,a biochip measurement and control system platform was built.The biochip measurement and control system was used to test samples of 6 different concentrations.After many experiments,the results showed the accuracy of the biochip measurement and control system.As high as 97%,the relative error is always kept within 4%;through the repeatability experiment analysis of the system,the repetition rate meets the national measuring instrument standard of less than 2%;through the system stability experiment analysis,the coefficient of variation does not exceed 2%,the above data have reached the expected design goals.The experimental results show that the biochip measurement and control system designed in this paper has better detection accuracy and stability.
