Biochip is a top end technology that integrates biology, chemistry, microelectronics, and optics, and combines with computer technology. Its essential is to arrange a series of located molecules on a base board, the substance of such base board would be silicon, glass, gel or nylon, those molecules integrate or react with sample molecules which have been augmented, reversed and signed, then the result of reaction will be shown by isotope, chemical fluorescence or enzyme sign methods, and after being recorded by an accurate scanner or CCD photography, the result would be analyzed by computer software, in the end the whole and readable IC information can be elicited this way.This paper focus on two points among the series of projects of the biochip technology, the first one is the temperature fluctuation controlling of the Ploy-enzyme Chain Reaction, the second one is the biochip image processing system.The Ploy-enzyme Chain Reaction (PCR in brief) is a classical technique for the molecules being augmented outside of body, in general, the augmentation process can be completed with performing a twenty to thirty circles reaction of high temperature disassembly, low temperature anneal, and middle temperature extension. In theory, one circulation can make the new gene copies rising about one time, so there would be 220 times gene copies of original after 20 circulations. But the result of the augmentation is very accessible;besides the careful control of pureness of samples, cleanness and wetness of the environment, the most important is to control exactly of the temperature and its suitable fluctuation. Herein, using a single nerve cell self-adapt PID controller to perform the temperature control, and the arithmetic has been adjusted according to the practice;In the one hand, it has reserved the excellence of the single nerve cell self-adapt PID controller, such as brief arithmetic and intellective adjust, and in the other hand, it can fulfill completely the accuracy request of the temperature fluctuation in the process of biochip PCR.The biochip image processing system includes three parts, such as image pretreatment, signal recognition and final data management. It is not only the basis and precondition, but also the key point of biochip data process and management, to recognize the signal of biochip image precisely and fast, herein, it put forward a method based on line integral. This method is quite different from any traditional ones, because of its dynamic area identification, and no limit to the quantity of the biochip micro-array, have no request to know the size of the array in advance. The sample areas can be identified by counting the gray scale of the biochip image, analyzing their regulation and character;further, locating the real signal, reporting the result in the end.
