Vxi Bus Rf Synthesized Signal Source Design

ⅤⅪBus, which is developed on the base of computer VME-Bus, betterintegration of computer technology into the automatic test system. It is ahigh-performance bus technology for automatic test and data-acquisition system.In this paper, the design principle and realization method of RF signal generatorbased onⅤⅪbus are presented. It's a C-size dual-slot message-based module, whichhas wide frequency coverage from 100kHz to 2.1GHz,better frequency spectrum purity,wider output level variation range and better level precision. And that it can providevarious analog modulation function and excellent pulse modulation performance, andaccord theⅤⅪplug and play criterion.This paper mainly describesⅤⅪbus RF synthesized signal generator hardwaredesign, structural design and circuit layout design, andⅤⅪbus module circuit design,reliability design and EMC design solutions to the key issues.
