The Research On Software Platform Of General Purpose Automatic Test System Based On ABBET

General Purpose Automatic Test System (GPATS), which this paper researches, is a general test program running, development and system integration platform for large-scale automatic test system without programming, and a smart test software.This paper analyzes the architecture of ABBET, and introduces the whole architecture, functions and procedures of development to VITE2.0. And then, it shows the designs of system integration, test program generator and synthesis data analysis & administration program one by one.According to the standard for software interface for resource management for A Broad-Based Environment for Test (ABBET), the models for resource management which are suitable for project requirement are presented and test resource dispatch algorithm is designed and realized.The architecture of test program generator that is characterized by GUI is created. The data modeling for generator and the language-independent implementation of the services is described. The transform interface from ATLAS to the language oriented to instrumentation is shown in the paper.The design and realization scheme of Data Analysis and Management Program in the GPATS is presented in the paper. The functions and characters of the program in GPATS are introduced. The extendable interface of data processing is designed and the call method is given. The structure models of report customization and creation are established. An overall structure of the program is described.
