The refrigerator, air conditioning industry has the request of gas leak for the product and the part, the online detect of leak is very important for quality control link. The conventional method is to fill the examined part with the certain pressure gas, plunged in the water, with the visual observation to observe the bubble 's size and qualtity to form in unit time, but the leak detection precision is low.It is the present international commonly used method to use the helium mass spectrum leak detection law, and have the high leak detection precision. But the helium is the precious gas, how to reduce the helium consumption quantity to low the leak detection cost, is the key technology whether the helium mass spectrum on-line leak detection could be applied in the industry production assembly lineBased on the monitoring system for Helium Vacuum Leak Detecting And Recovery Equipment, this paper deals with the design and implementation of this monitoring system. This monitoring system has two layers: supervisal layer and fielder. The former, which is made up of IPC, configure software, is used to monitor the equipment. The latter, which PLC, Touch screen, pressure sensor and Electro-magnet valve is to accomplish equipment to work for programm control.This paper lays special emphasis upon the realization process of field layer, and illustrates the design of PLC, HMI in details. Moreover, deatails of the input and output configuration, design of and the realization process of HMI.The application of the configure software is introduces simply. At the last, the monitoring system is recorded.
