With the rapid development of embedded technology and interactive technologies, embedded human-machine interface systems are becoming increasingly important in industrial control.The process operation of ccurrently grinding system is relatively cumbersome and inefficiencies when complete a task or abrasive conditions according to different task switching. Therefore, the design of a simple operation, high operating efficiency grinding human-machine interface system is very necessary.This paper presents the design of grinding machine interface system based on ARM. In the program design process, we need to consider and resolve technical issues:1.What is the graphics software used to design human-machine interface?2. What is the platform provides embedded software system library calls and resource scheduling for the man-machine interfaces us choice of?3. What is the hardware platform that eembedded operating system platform based on?Followed to the conventional design process, first, the specific hardware platform determined by the choice of ARM chip and the selection and design related chip peripheral circuits; then, the Linux kernel as the core software platform build human-machine interface based on the ARM hardware platform; Finally, it use the open source software to develop specific QT graphical interface design after the completion of the hardware and software platforms.The main work of this article includes the following aspects:1.Grinding System Interface program specific processes designed to solve technical problems related to specific hardware platform, software platform and graphics software.2. The specific design of hardware platforms, mainly to complete the design of embedded CPU, peripheral chip selection and peripheral circuits.3.Specific design software system platform, mainly to complete embedded development environment to build, u-boot cut and transplant procedures referenced, production and transplantation of embedded Linux operating system kernel cutting and transplantation, file Systems, LCD, touch screen writing drivers.4Human-machine interface design and development, QT graphical development software is used to design grinding machine interface system login registration interface, parameter setting, and the display interface...
