The dramatic development of modern information technology has been exerting tremendous influence on the ways people study ,work and live .Internet has been enjoying growing popularity in the educational field for its incredible data storage, diversification, shareability, expansibility, convenience and instant communication .At present, the design and development of teaching resources mainly characterized by the special-topic educational website begins to emerge and demonstrates its great potentials.Based on Sensor teaching, the author designs and develops this educational website. After applying it in the real class teaching, the author analyzes andinvestigates its application and effects through model of (X|—) — S plane analysis andsynthetical object evaluation test.The structure of this paper goes as follows:The first chapter introduces some general information about this subject, including the study background, the present situation both home and abroad, study methods and steps.The second chapter analyzes these basic theories needed in this study. It points out these theories play instructional roles in the creation of special-topic educational website.Chapters three and four begin to discuss the teaching design of this website.Chapters five and six firstly discuss the application and applied effect of this website in classroom teaching. Then the author introduces the design and process of experiment and makes a systematic analysis of experimental data, finally the applied effect of this website in teaching is analyzed in detail.The last chapter concludes the investigation, offers some useful suggestions and points out problems to be solved.
