Warhead explosion shock wave testing technique was the important research content of warhead power evaluation and was also important to the evaluation of the target damage effect.When evaluating the warheads damage effect,effectively test for the shock wave pressure must be done.Based on the explosive field parasitic effects on piezoelectric pressure sensor measuring shock wave caused by the parasitic output,research on the shock wave pressure sensor parasitic effect suppression method was carried out.On the analysis of the explosion field based on the mechanism of mechanical shock and vibration,shock wave pressure sensor vibration mechanics model was set up.Based on the impact and vibration on the impact of shock wave pressure test under different environment,the ground reflection pressure sensor installed components and wall reflection pressure measurement sensor installation components were respectively designed,and the inhibition effect of the installed components was proved through the theoretical modeling and numerical simulation analysis.,the impact load and vibration load inhibitory effect of the installation of components were discussed using ANSYS Workbench platform simulation,and the installation component vibration isolation material selection was completed.Hammers simulation experiment was carried out by force to analyze the installation components inhibit the effect of mechanical shock.On the basis of analyzing the explosion mechanism field thermal shock,a heat insulation method by daubing silicone on sensor sensitive face was putting forward.Through the theoretical calculation and thermodynamic simulation,the thickness of thermal insulation layer which has the best inhibiting effect was determined.The daub inhibition effect of silicon grease was analyzed by hot water impact simulation,.Finally,the explosion shock wave pressure test experiment was carried out based on the inhibition measures adopted by the parasitic effect.The inhibition effect of adopted method was explored based on the data processing and analysis of the measured signal,.Test results showed that the installation components which were designed and the heat insulation method were effective and had practical application value.The research provided an effective method to improve the warhead blast pressure test result reliability.
