This thesis is supported by Gansu science and technology key project—Automatic Measuring and Picking Bearing System. We design a new style of non-contact magnetic- piezoelectricity displacement sensor (NCMPDS) for measuring tolerance dimension of bearing outer ring. This new sensor can effectively sample proper information, and than achieve automatic picking bearing function. It has high precision, easy operation, powerful adapt and so on.1. Trend and characteristic about inside and outside sensor technology is introduced. The thesis gives several representative non-contact sensors. Then emphasis on the creative thought for new style of sensor.2. After particularly introducing definition, operational principle and theory calculation of NCMPDS, system feasibility is analyzed.3. Design the mechanical parts and give appropriate calculation. Expatiate piezoelectricity and its domino affect.4. NCMPDS sample system is analyzed and designed based on reasonable experimental instrument.5. Mathematics model is build for analyzing its static and dynamic behavior.6. Assemble craft process and experimental steps are given. After resolving our obtained experimental data, thesis analyzes tolerance between theory curve and practical curve by simulation.7. Thesis applies this sensor into automatic measuring and picking bearing system, designs measuring method and gives its measuring installation graph. Finally summarize and expectations are shown about experiments and research.Based on above description, NCMPDS is wholly feasible and has great practical value. It can transfer displacement, swing, thick, dimension parameter into quantity of electric charge for offering measuring system. It also has large linear scope, easy structure, oil and filth prove, wide bandwidth and powerful anti-jamming etc.
