With the development of manufacturing enterprise information in our country, the operation of the management information system promotes the efficiency of China’s manufacturing enterprises. In order to achieve the assembly requirements of high efficiency and low waste, and in order to realize the information management of data in the whole assembly process, the paper developed a modern group matching management mode which based on computer, information technology, management science and system science.The group matching management information system of designated assemble line is a kind of enterprise information management system which gets material resources and information resources together. Firstly, this paper describes the background and content of the group matching information management system, secondly, this paper identifies the keys which constraint the progress and efficiency of the assembly, and proposes the solutions, and finally, this paper establishes the database model, the physical model and the logical model for the system. In this paper, I designed the database model by Microsoft SQL Server2008, developed the group matching information management system by using Microsoft Visual Studio2010development software and c#programming language, and managed the entire system by unified modeling language software. The system uses B/S structure. Data in back-end database can be maintained and queried by the operation on the client browsers, and the results can be displayed on the users interfaces, thereupon then, the system realized login management, inventory management, schedule query and group matching query. Also, the system can solve the problems which affect the progress and efficiency of the assembly line successfully and effectively.
