This paper is about the programmable human-machine interface system used in the leading end of PLC, introduces the human-machine interface system from technology and application angle of view, combines with computer, science and psychology, advances the usability of the human-machine interface system with the example. MCU has the IAP function, can erase and write the flash on line; the editing software was developed with C++ Builder, can edit, save, download the control information made by customer; designed the communication protocol between the editing software and the MCU, made lesser data show more information, increased the download speed, improved the efficiency of the program execution.4. The programmable human-machine interface system can control several model of PLC, read and write the value of the PLC register and loop. LCD displayed and key input. Visual and operate expediently.The realization of programmable human-machine interface system and developed the production with self-determination knowledge property right, reduce the cost, expand function, support and service easily.
