Rare earth extraction process control is an important golal of product quality guarantee,while the feeding flow control is the process extraction separation of a very large effect parmeter. Extraction agent, slurry, acid and other flow control is a very important part of the whole extraction process, The control of the flow accuracy during the extraction process will be directly related to the quality of the product. According to the present situation about actual extraction feeding booster equipment in the current gannan region, this paper introduces the present situation of the rare earth extraction separation and the principle of rare earth extraction control process both here and abroad, this paper analyses the relationship between the flow and pressure in the feeding system, In this paper,we design a constant pressure feeding flow control method.Due to the low level of current automated extraction workshop, extraction flow control is still in the stage of manual control. In order to achieve the accurate feeding flow, According to the actual conditions and control requirements, this paper choose the key components for feeding process, introduce the function of the key components, calculate mathematical model of flow control. In view of the actual feed flow change frequently and the changes in the flow of the whole pipeline is a big inertia, pure lag and nonlinear complex process interference by many factors, It is very difficult to use accurate mathematical to descrical model to describe the pressure dedign adopts the fuzzy control algorithm, so as to realize the goal of no need very accurate math model, To achieve constant pressure control,combining with the advantages of PID control and fuzzy parameter self-tuning PID control strategy is used, and to achieve the real time control line pressure effect then the control model realizes the real-time control of line pressure by fuzzily controlling three parameters (AKP、AK1、AKp) on self-tuning PID online.With the help of Simulink toolbox in MATLAB, the author models and simulates feeding process flow and the process of pressure feeding control. Contracting the control effect between fuzzy self-turning PID and the traditional PID by computer simulation, it proves that the fuzzy parameter self-tuning PID feeding pressure constant controlling is more effective and superiority. Also,to simulate flow with the help of traditional PID, It can achieve the objectives such as good stability of output flow, small amount of overshoot, fast response of regulation and fewer shocks by continuously adjusting the three parameters of PID. The research design the structure of the general hardware, the protection module, buttons, display module, the overflow alarm module and the design of serial communication module hardware circuit diagram are given, control was achieved by lower place machine programming and debugging work process. Studies that expounds the energy-saving principle of frequency control of motor speed of feeding process system and draws a conclusion that Feeding in constant pressure not only can save electric energy, but also can reduce the pipeline pressure fluctuation. Thus it can stabilize feeding pressure, ensure feed pipeline safety operation, realize the pump motor soft start, so that it can protect pump unit and the pipes and its economic benefit is obviously and has certain application value.
