Until now,constant pressure water supplying system on the market at home and abroad connects by the main control cabinet with sensors and converters,the characteristics of the system are separated from the main control cabinet and PID variable frequency control equipment,according to the number of the pump to design the methods.According to the different applications and the number of frequency conversion equipment,the pump control cabinet should be designed again and waste resource,a large number of wiring also reduces the safety and stability of the system.This kind of systems use the same data sampling and transmission module which is connected by a number of frequency converter devices in the system,the pressure will not be stable and the water effect is easily produced when the frequency conversion is switched on,which affects the pressure of the municipal pipe network.To summarize,the existing constant pressure water supplying system has no good way to avoid the pressure fluctuation and the control of design cost.According to the disadvantages of the current water pump control system,this paper has designed a new water pump control system which is equipped with the motor controller integrated pump module,the sensor module and the water supply network.The intelligent frequency pump control system includes the touch display unit,the data sampling unit,The PID frequency regulation unit and the leakage protection unit.The system transfers the information of water supply pressure,flow and temperature which is collected by the sensor to the intelligent frequency pump controller.The controller makes the analysis and comparison of the data and makes the corresponding judgement and action to control the operation of the whole system.This paper analyzes the hardware structure of the control system in the hardware designed of the pump control system.The hardware unit including CPU core circuit module,data sampling circuit module,touch and indicator light circuit module,communication circuit module,etc.The software designed of the pump control system is designed by modular design,including automatic network by CAN,pump control logic,pump protection function,touch control function,etc.At last,the control test of the pump system was carried out at the test site,the paper introduced the test software and test method of the pump control system.The test verifies the preliminary function of the design of the intelligent water pump control system.
