Blog which appeared six years ago has definite influence on our life at home and abroad.. It has been an unneglected subject in the research field.Blog is called the fourth pattern of network communication after the Email, BBS and ICQ. It brings about revolutionary effect in knowledge adiministation, education .business administration etc.However, in the Blog's history,a couple of big events are related to traditional media:it set its target as the traditional media,or contrasted with the traditional media.Therefore,people pay more attention to the Blog as a media.Owing to its speical characteristic,Blog is developing to a kind of "We Media",which differs from mass mediaits performance and power are also becoming an internatinal concern..This dissertation deals with the concept and the medium attribute of Blog,introduces the concept of "We Media" and anylysises its development agent;From the communication angle research, elaborated Blog as "We Media" the unique communication special characteristic;Through the quite Blog and the traditional media in the news communication aspect respective superiority,analyzes Blog and the traditional media except the competition beside, more terrains appear one kind of paragenesis and the reciprocal benefit media altogether roost the relations, and summarizes four paragenesis ways; Finally, this dissertation through compares to News Blog in American and China's development, attempts to provide the model to News Blog in China's development.
