With the coming of the Influence Economy Era of the 21st century, metropolis newspaper steps into a period of brand identification and popularization. During the process of momentous social development and innovation, with deepening of the cultural system reform, the industry walks into the market -economy-oriented adjustment period. Metropolis newspaper has to face the approaching of international media tycoons, and also the rapid-growing domestic broadcast and television media and the aggression of the internet. The market rides into a new era of three-dimensional competition. More and more metropolis newspaper units are adjusting their new orientations during the industrialization process and looking for opportunities of survival and development.Centralized at the nature of the influence of media economy, the article analyzed the present of Guizhou Metropolis Newspaper and its inner and outer backgrounds and concluded the factors that stop its influence from promoting. According to the influence economy theory and the influence marketing strategy research, the article pointed out the ways to build up and promote Guizhou Metropolis Newspaper's influence on the society and newspaper market by using the mathematical statistics and social investigation method, combining with the advanced brand influence building-up thought with an eye to the newspaper's influence inner initiative and its supporting system.
