In HeBei Province,YanZhao Metropolis Daily is a famous newspaper.Its brand value of 901 million yuan in 2008, but its not a long history of development. How does it become such a paper from an inglorious one?This article analyzed this issue from several viewpoints.Firstly,we analyzed the background of the birth and growth which the brand of YanZhao Metropolis Daily,and the newspaper history in china.On the basis of the status in those years,the Metropolis Daily had nice out environment. Secondly,we analyzed the competition of newspaper market in Hebei Province, which is YanZhao Metropolis Daily's Location.In this paper, YanZhao Metropolis Daily brand management strategy will be theoretical and systematic. We analyzed of how the YanZHao Metropol Daily is positioning. After successful,the YanZhao Metropolis Daily make efforts in this regard,in which establishing the brand image, to insist "content is king", improve the quality of the brand, and enhance their own credibility as the goal, and through the organization, planning large-scale activities enhance influence of brand, to diversify operations, to enhance brand value.Finally by Analysis of the situation in 2008, we suggest that the brand of YanZhao Metropolis Daily should be adjusted.
