Tmn-based 3g Network Management System Network Intermediary Design And Realization

Today, telecommunication network develops as rapidly as it can. It is particularly important that the complicated network is managed by a set of integrated, advanced and unified network management system to improve efficiency of operation and quality of service. TMN established by the ITU is widely admitted and applied among the management technology of network recently. TMN provides us with an organized network structure to make the interconnection among kinds of operating systems and telecommunication equipments. Element Mediator Function based on the standards of TMN, which lied between Operations System Functions and Network Element, responsible for building network linking with network element, and carrying information, data and command. It makes communication between Operations System Functions and Network Element become more exact, prompt, convenient. At the same time, others application modules can concentrate on own businesses.During researching and designing of the Element Mediator Function Subsystem (EMF) of Communication Network Management System, which is based on the third generation communication network standard----WCDMA, the researching method, designing logic and the testing standards refered to relative research in the same subject. My work including: Researching and implementing communication about NodeB network element equipment, designing and implementing the Reliable UDP protocol is the key work. Researching and implementing configuration medium module, including data transmission and Table adaptation mechanism etc. Designing and implementing the interface of EMF, including the interface to server and interface to network element.The realized Element Mediator Function sub-system has high working efficiency, nice independency, fine credibility,extensible and high maintainable.
