Digital Servo System Testing Equipment is used to provide debugging of Digital Servo System a good qualification and means. In this paper, A new design of Digital Servo System Testing Equipment base on the ARM processor is presented.The design uses SAMSUNG' s S3C44B0X RISC microprocessor as its CPU which has a 16/32-bit ARM7TDMI core, 320X240 size LCD display and small keyboard , with a well used graphic user interface, and a prototype of a Digital Servo System Testing Equipment is performed. The Testing Equipment has the qualitity of small size, low costume , good-usedAccording to the development course of Embedded system, at the begin of paper, a brief analysis and layout of the Testing Equipment is presented. At the following chapters , the paper describes the component of the Equipment, the implement of the board suppoet package. And, based on the muti-task and interrupt mechanism, the paper give a particular depiction of the application which is the key of the Equipment, several difficult arithmetic is also described. Finally, the paper give a conclusion of the design.
