Servo Control System Based On The Location Of Embedded Technology Research

This paper fully analyses the basic configuration and principle of the Position Servo Control Embedded System, specifies the function requirements and key technologies.According to engineering needs, this paper designs the servo control system circuit for example the Analog signal capture&Convert ciucirt.By writing application control software and debugging it, this paper designed a sample servo controller.By carrying out some experinces, this paper tests and improves the performance of the servo controller.The total works mainly contains as follow:(1) Hardware Aspect: Based on the customer's needs, this paper designing the circuit in Protel DXP 2004 Design Environment,such as Analagy/Digital Converting Circuit,Liquid Crystal Displaying circuit,Microprocessor Input/Output Extend circuit,Data Saving&Searching circuit,Key board circuit,Voice Outputing circuit and also Stepper Controlling&driving circuit,Malfucntion Indicator.(2) Software Aspect:Ported theμC/OS-H Real Time system to the microprocessor P89C668. This paper designed the procedures in Keil C51 Integral Design Environment,includeing Analagy/Digital Converting,Data displaying,Data saving&Searching,Voice Outputing,Stepper controlling.This paper debugged these application procedures in the target system .Which proved the hardware and software totally come up to the original design standards and purpose.Although the sample servo controller satisfied the demands in lab, which still needs to improve.Some arguments need to be practiced and setup in real working environment.The sample servo controlling system has been checked by the Army leaders, they give highly prise of it.
