For many years, China Mobile Communications Corporation has been adjusted to a flexible and efficient marketing strategy for a reason of the drastic market competition. They accelerate the telecom's development of operation and expansion, support the new operation and new need emerge, value the construction and the BOSS (BUSSINESS & Operation Support System) day by day. Telecoms of a provincial level have already construct a system like BOSS to support the functions of real-time charge and basic business operation. Also, in the base of current system of BOSS 1.0, telecom just established Standard of operation and technology for BOSS1.5 to regulate every province's general function and technological requirement of Boss's expansion and alteration, and also, to be in line with the elevating service standard and service quality of telecom.The author just participated in this project as a student of software engineer College of Shandong University.
