With the development of computer and network, business operation on the network becomes more and more popular among companies. The INTERNET BOSS (Business Operation Support System) is an Internet software system on which the Telecom carriers provide their services. The INTERNET BOSS is a most convenient way for the communication between the users and the carriers. It also has the advantages of enhancing service efficiency, receding operation cost, managing easily, and utilizing resource fully. In this paper, it introduces the multi-tier system architecture design based on web and how to realize the Internet BOSS's various business logic and data logic using midware technologies and advanced development style based on component, giving examples of mobile business operation. In this paper, the examples of paying mobile fee and bill checking up illuminate the way to make programs. According to the demands of the system, it keeps to the principles of GUI (Graphic User Interface) and UML (Unified Modeling Language) design. Object oriented design and modulization development make it easy to maintain and upgrade the project. The module design brings the coding can be reused in different project systems. Enterprise Java Bean guarantees the capabilities of distributing, parallel communication and security of network accessing. To make the user's information keep secret by means of short message authority and SSL protocol. In the chapter of Short Message Platform, it implements the queue machine using special searching algorithm. The business midware of CICS (Customer Information Control System) performs the distributed transaction processing, which guarantees the integrality and reliability of data accessing and business operations. According to running of the system for a time and the testing results from testing company, every capability indexs are as expected.
