Electronic commerce system is a synthetically commerce information processing system integrating orders, delivers goods, commodity inspection, customs, transports, insurances, settlements of bank accounts etc, which is based on Internet ,web database, information processing technology and commerce activities. They have acquired a lot of attention in academy and enterprise during recent years. The technology of mobile agents applied in E-commerce can resolve a series of problem and provide characterizing services to consumers and companies.The mobile agent technology merges the object-distributed technology, software agent technology and the mobile code technology in the computing fields. Therefore, it breaks through limitations of the traditional computing-distributed style and brings a new computing style and ideas for the computing-distributed. After being gifted a new characteristic-mobility, an agent will possess more advantage and elasticity. It can reduce the Network load, overcome the network delay, pack different protocols, adapt the conditions and execute tasks asynchronously and automatically. These advantages make it overwhelming, which provides a system framework being of universal, elastic, open, adaptive and intelligent.
