Recently, it is greatly booming in Distributed Artificial Intelligence. By and by, agent techniques are used in many research fields of computer science. More and more peole are becoming interested in agent techniques. Combing agent techniques with distributed object technology, mobile agent soon becomes the focus of academia and enterprise circles.On the other hand, with the quick development of the Internet and WWW technique, E-commerce application systems, especially Electronic Commerce System base on the Internet, develop with a rapid speed. Electronic Commerce has occupied about several thousands billions of dollars' market share immediately. However, the information of Electronic Commerce is numerous and complicated. The repetition of the trade course wastes bandwidth of network badly. The traditional E-commerce base on web/browse technique can't meet the needs of development of E-commerce. Moblie agent with unique technologic advantage is more suitable for the application of E-commerce field, and can solve the problems that the development of Electronic Commerce appears.This thesis firstly discusses the definition, frame, and model of E-commerce, and especially analyses the user's requirement of B to C E-commerce model. Then, it analyses the mobile agent technique in detail, and further research the communication mechanism and security and countermeasure of mobile agent. With understanding the mobile agent technique, and combing the practical projects, this thesis puts forward a B to C E-commerce model base on mobile agent. This model contains the whole process of B to C E-commerce activity. In this model, Customer can get relative electronic shops' information with the commodities they need, then they comfirm the electronic shop needing to consult after comparing relative goods by oneself. Next, customers' side and electronic shops' side finish the trade (considering security of trade) after consult a reasonable result betweem them. Finally this model has also considered the managing problems following completion of the trade. At the same time, taking into account the problem of moving invalidation of mobile, this article design and implement a docking system, which can raise the fault tolerance of the system. Because of the importance of consultation in trade, the last part of this paper describes the strategies and process of consultation between customers' side and electronic shops' side.
