Agent Distributed Computing Applications

With the rapid development of the Internet, distributed computing also has great development. Agent technology is used in a wide range of distributed computing. As a branch of the Agent, the Mobile-Agent, which this thesis concerns, is characterized with autonomy, activation, mobility and intelligence. It is of great significance to improve the deficiencies of the traditional network system. This thesis discusses the applications of the mobile Agent in this type of distributed systems, and designs a model of e-commerce systems.This thesis firstly gives us the introduction about the concept and the classification of Agent, and makes an analysis and research on the concept, features, applications and so on. Then, it gives a detailed analysis about the architecture of the mobile agent technology to sum up the characteristics of e-commerce applications. Lastly, we combine with the Java language and Aglets technology to design B2B business systems on the basis of the Mobile Agent, which can complete the information inquiry and service migration…The design changes the remote interaction to the local interaction, reduces the occupancy on the network bandwidth, increases the speed of response and greatly enhances the reliability of the system. In all, the introduction of Mobile Agent technology provides a new path of development for the applications of distributed computing.
