The applications of computers accelerate development of controltheories and the developments of computer technology accelerateindustry control for minimize, intellectualize, networklize and theapplication of advanced control theories. At the same time, the successfulapplications also accelerate the continuance and in-depth development ofcontrol theories. The function of computers in industry production andtheory research is very important.Computer technology has widely applied in chemical industryrecently, especially in controlling of pH process. The controlling of liquorpH exists in many industrial processes. For example, chemical industry(pharmacy,zymolysis,paper making etc), wastewater treatment. It is veryimportant to control liquor pH in a certain bound in these processes. ButpH process has serious nonlinearity and hysteresis, it is difficult to detectand control of pH value.The most of apparatus which used in pH process controlling arehalf-roboticized at present, there are several disadvantages in controlprocess. This article put forward a new autocontrol scheme for a pHprocess, using control theories and computers technology. First, thisarticle makes a particular analysis for pH process and modeling, and findsout the characteristics of a pH process, the reasons for the difficultproblems of controlling and the actuality of modeling for pH process.Secondly, it makes a study in the nonlinear problems of pH process andthe methods of pH process controlling, and makes a more rational modelsfor pH process, and uses feedback linearization and Backstepping methodto replace traditional control theories for a pH process controlling. Thirdly,it designs a new autocontrol system by using computer technology, andmakes an analysis of system's stability and the feasibility in theory. Atlast, it simulates for a pH process with Super-3000TB emulator. Theresults show that pH process autocontrol system has better use-value andeconomic benefit.
