This thesis regards the optics characteristic of Nano-ZnO as the subject investigated. At the same time it mainly researches the laser light scattering characteristic of Nano magnitude based on experiments.At first it introduces the preparations and tokens of nanophase materials, and elementary features of Nano-ZnO. Then it discusses the optics characteristics of Nano-ZnO, and introduces the generated reasons and rules of ultraviolet random laser of Nano-ZnO. It researches the Nano-ZnO 's light induced luminescence phenomena, and give it's primary conclusion about the procreant mechanism especially the procreant mechanism of green light. Also it researches the penetrability and absorptivity of Nano-ZnO, and gets the relations between the absorptivity and the grain sizes of nano grains.I use the experimental platform of myself to research the laser light scattering characteristic of Nano-ZnO coat which use varnish as adhesives, and discuss the laser absorptivity of the coat. At last I get the conclusion that the absorptivity of Nano-ZnO is stronger than that of the ZnO with the common grain size. Through changing the temperature field, I research the effect of the temperature field to the laser light scattering characteristic of Nano coat, and find out that the coat in ultraviolet band and infrared band has the stronger absorptivity. Through the manner of compounding the material, stronger the coat's absorptivity to visible wavelength, I get the Nano coat with wide spectrum and strong absorptivity. The experimental conclusion well accords with the Nano-ZnO's strong absorptivity theory. The alterable project is pointed out, through improvement and the research to the other material, the excellent light absorption must be realized.
