According to the former and further technical innovation required by Inspecting and Test Center of ZWZ Group Corp, the paper introduced failure diagnosis hardware system and realization of bearing fatigue life test. From the view of field application, Intelligent Graduate Scholl of Dalian Maritime University inspect the roll bearing online by using computer, internet and auto-inspecting technology, and diagnose the failure by using data collected from the field. Through large number of trials on bearing test machine, the changing rule of the parameters in amplitude field such as peak value, crest factor, kurtosis and RMS is summed up. In the frequence field, the changing rule of vibrate signals is summed up by using spectrum methods such as FFT, Power Spectrum, Invert spectrum and Envelopment analysis .Through spectrum analysis, the location of failure can be found out exactly.After the further technical innovation, the efficiency of failure diagnosis is improved greatly. In addition, veracity of failure diagnosis is improved greatly by using spectrum analysis. Therefore, the test level of the Inspecting and Test Center of ZWZ Group Corp has been advanced by a long way.
