Along with the development of micro-electronics and computer technologies, the structure of the instruments has been changed completely. On account of the shortage of the traditional instruments, such as the single function, week reliability, complicated operation, large maintenance, bad agility and small apply field etc, the traditional instruments are replaced gradually by intelligent instruments. Intelligent instruments which are controlled by microprocessors, have many important functions, such as physics signal input and output, signal conversion, calculating, controlling and communication with outside. Intelligent instruments not only resolve the problems which can not be resolved by traditional instruments easily or even cannot, but also predigest circuits, advance reliability, achieve the high precision, high performance, multifunction etc. The thesis focuses on thenew generation intelligent instrument------integrative instrument SunyVPR202SE/SF.The thesis introduces the instruments' phylogeny and important effect in people lives and economy construction. The definition, structure, research actuality, development trend of traditional instruments and intelligent instruments are introduced. Based on the shortages of general intelligent instruments, the concept of a new generation intelligent instrument— —integrative instrument is proposed.The thesis focuses on the software and hardware structures of integrative instrument SunyVPR202SE.The structure of CPU module, real time database, arithmetic configuration based on IEC61131-3,the software and hardware structures of HMI, the kernel of the embedded real time operating system and the transplant on AT91 are researched and analyzed concretely . Finally the thinking of the the integrative instrument is coordinated. The design of the collectivity is put forward and the definition of the integrative instrument is proposed.The thesis expatiates the research and analysis of the SunyVPR202SF,under the collectivity structure of the SunyVPR202SE.The technology point of the all-purpose signal measure, DAC based on PWM, lattice LCD display, key disposal, storage on serial FLASH, real time clock, communication on RS485 of hardware and digital filter, datadisposal, digital PID control, system circulating display, system configuration, data storage and remembrance, real time clock of software are took apart and dissertated concretely. A holistic, clear concept of SunyVPR202SF is put forward. Especially, in the respect of control arithmetic,the advanced defined control template which has improved amity and applicability is proposed. In the respect of the cold junction compensation and nonlinear emendation, Newtonian Interpolation which has economized above 95 % of the programme room and improved precision is adopted. In the respect of the analog output, the technology of PWM is adopted, which has improved precision of the analog output and reduced cost.The experimentation of analog signal input and output precision on the environment of temperature range about 0-55 °C of SunyVPR202SF is carried out. The result shows the precision has already achieved the anticipative aim. Finally, the conclusion and future research direction are given.
