Mobile Agent E-commerce System Based On J2ee Framework

With the development of computer and internet technology, E-Commerce has alreadybecome the main trend of the development of the economic society. It not only changes themode of traditional commerce, shortens the distance of the supply chain between themanufactories and the customers, but also reduces the cost of the transaction and improvesthe business efficiency. However, with the scope expense of the E-Commerce applicationsand domains deepening of the applications, the technology of the traditional E-commerceand its environment face the enormous challenge. As for B/S technology, with more andmore system applications and interactions between the manufactories and customers, theburden of the system becomes heavier and heavier, and the efficiency of the system becomeslower and lower. It wastes a lot of resources of the network. Moreover, it is difficult forcustomers to find the right commodity on Internet, because of the information blast and thecomplication of the Internet environment. So, how to enhance the independence, flexible,collaboration and intelligence of the E-commerce systems is the top-priority problem that weneed to solute urgently. The development of the software Agent, especially the mobile Agent,provides a good foundation to realize this object, and the establishment of J2EE criteriongives a reliable environment to realize this object. Combining the J2EE technology and themobile Agent, then applying them to the domains of the E-commerce can efficiently solvethe problems that arise during the development of the E-commerce, and promote thedevelopment of E-commerce.In this paper, firstly I analyzed the concepts,architecture,characteristic and advantageof Agent and mobile Agent,then compared several classic platforms of mobile Agent.Secondly, I introduced the concepts and the core technology of the J2EE, and expatiated theadvantages of applying the J2EE and mobile Agent to the domain of E-commerce. Based onthe theories above, a model of J2EE and mobile Agent-based E-commerce has been studiedand developed, and then I designed each sub-system of the model detailedly. At last Isummarized the whole paper and discussed several problems that need solving during thedevelopment of the mobile Agent technology.
