This paper studies the design and implement method of high-speed link controller and channel multiplexer/demultiplexer which are key technologies of the data system for AOS space station. Stratix FPGA is used as the core component of the system, and the system uses LVDS as the interface standard of the high speed data transmission, high-speed link controller and channel multiplexer/demultiplexer are integrated in a FPGA chip. In order to transmit the multi-path dynamic asynchronous data and increase the utilization ratio of the physical channel, the virtual channel is deployed and multiplexed with dynamic priority system. The data with different rate from 10 path different link controller can be multiplexed and demultiplexed, and one of them is high bit rate (320Mbps). Multi-path dynamic data can be transmitted with high-efficient and high-quality through one physical channel, and a principle model machine of the high-speed link controller and channel multiplexer/demultiplexer is also designed. The experiment results of the model machine indicate that the high-speed link controller can achieve the bit stream service for the data with speed of 320Mbps. Ten path dynamic data can be reliably multiplexed and demultiplexed by multiplexer and demultiplexer, and its data rate is up to 480Mbps. Demonstration the high bit rate AOS and its key technologies, as well as the verification of the scheme design and its availability. The research raises an available design method of high-speed link controller and multiplexer/demultiplexer for the application of AOS in the space station data system research.
