This paper includes Link-Controller, Channel multiplexer anddemultiplexer of emulation system of satellite communication for AOSSpace Laboratory, which adopted the second-level transform formatregulated by CCSDS to treatment the data about image, voice andtelemetry, and adopted the third-level transform to deal with theother data. CPLD, in which Link-Controller, multiplexer anddemultiplexer is integrated, is used as the core component of thesystem. Dynamic management of channel is strengthened. Thetransmission time of each channel is adjusted to transmissionenvironment. So, efficiency utilize of channel is improved andthroughput is also increased. Besides , this paper design decodingand coding of Reed-Solomon(RS) codes to decrease the miss-code rate.Since the system have better performance.
