Web Technology-based Data Exchange Platform For Research And Design

E-government is one of the outstanding/remarkable symbols which measure our country's public administration reform and competitive power. Our nation has paid much attention to its construction in recent years. However, we are confronted with the following problems and challenges in the construction of E-government:1.Government departments are relatively independent and many business application systems and data are distributed in different government departments. There is little share of information and interconnection among different departments and little support of accurate, integrate and timely information for the decision-making of the leaders.2. The problems such as exploitation, utilization and share of information in a low degree widely exist in the construction of E-government.3. "Information island" widely exists and the problem of repeated/ redundant construction is very severe.Therefore, the problem of constructing an information exchange platform to realize the interconnection of information among government departments and improve the working efficiency of the government by using the existing network technology is very urgent for us to solve.The first part of this paper analyzes the meaning of data interchange and limits in existing data integration solution and sum up problems to be solved in a nicer data integration solution. The next part introduces some theories and technologies as the foundation of data inte. Then by analysising the current data interchange model the paper put forward an web- based data interchange platform model. By using XML as standard and componet-based adaptor the model can implements data interchange and sharing between isomerous systems.In the fifth chapter the paper also give solutions to several key question of the system such as data mapping,schema management,routing servie,the reliability and safety of SOAP messages.
