Xml-based Credit Information System Data Exchange Platform For The Design And Realization

The data exchange platform for credit information system is one of the social credit system construction infrastructures. By building data exchange platform can be achieved interconnectivity in e-government business, eliminate the "isolated island of information", and realize credit information resource construction, management and application integration. So as to continuously improve government's standards in market supervision, social management and public service. Therefore, the credit data exchange platform has a strong research and practical significance.Based on Hunan credit information system for background, a hybrid data exchange pattern for the credit information system is adopted. In order to meet the Data Exchange Platform's demands on extensibility, reusability and safety, a model based on Extensible Markup Language (XML) is proposed. The model which includes three layers: the data layer, the adapter layer and the integration layer, has advantages of loose-coupling, flexibility and openness.This paper mainly research on two key problems: platform's message mechanism and mutual mapping between relational pattern and the XML Schema. First, it has solved the core problem ~ automatic mapping between the relational database pattern and the XML Schema in designing the relational data adapter, and produces a conversion method between the XML Schema and relational pattern to keep semantic restriction. Second, according to the function demand of the credit data exchange platform, two kinds of message interactive patterns and 13 kinds of message types are defined. At the same time, SOAP is used to carry on the message seal, which solved the incompatibility between exchange nodes system in message interaction. This paper take the data acquisition as the example to study the news interactive realization method, and through built an actual development environment to realize data exchange process based on the SOAP. This platform has applied to the Hunan Province credit information system. It achieved data exchange and sharing between departments. Since has worked for 4 months, the system was stable and the effect was good.
