Search On XML-Based Data Interchange Mechanism And Its Application In Anti-Money Laundering Data Report System

Currently, money-laundry crime has increasingly social effect of pollution in the international community. It brings much losing and impacts to all of the world. Therefore, an important and urgent mission in the finance work in our country is improving the laws and regulations, establishing Anti-Money Laundering mechanism, and we should strike against the money-laundry crime through the information technology means. However, there are lots of problems in Anti-Money Laundering system. For example, the rules complications results in the nonstandard suspicious monitoring, the detection is ineffective when matching massive data. So it needs improvement both of business and technology urgently, to adapt to new situation and requirement of supervision.In this paper, the reason why XML-based data interchange mechanism for the anti-money laundering reporting system, because XML has so far not available in other ways to describe the characteristics of the data, control information rather than adopting a unique form of application software, instead of using one be able to understand the performance of tag form. Therefore, the most suitable for XML data exchange standards. This paper mainly include the following:1. Research on XML-based data interchange background, characteristics, and related technologies, as well as tools and XMLBean use JDOM.2. Overall design for anti-money laundering reporting system, as well as cases verification and reporting subsystem design.3. Focus on demonstrating the anti-money-laundering reporting subsystem detailed design and implementation. Include modular design, XML Schema files, java class files generating, as well as the front display interface.This Anti-Money Laundering system has been used in certain commercial bank. It efficiently and accurately to help operational staff completed the reporting task. It improved the efficiency and effect of the Anti-Money Laundering work.
