Business Workflow Management System Design And Reconfigurable

Being an effective and organization-oriented constructing information system, workflow management system is playing a more and more important role in operating business. But the single workflow management model has being become difficult to satisfy requirements of every organization for business logic reconstruction, especially, for the reality that various more and more complex workflows emerges on the business and each organization has great applicability to information system. To solve the problem above, the workflow management system with the ability of business reconstruction, which is a part of ICETIP (Information-Centered Enterprise Transaction-Integrated Process), was researched in my dissertation. The workflow management system improves the efficiency of processing business and keeps the correction of flow processing.The workflow management system is developed and designed based on C/S architecture. First, this paper designs and realizes modeling work flows on the basis of network vector graph, which supports the choice structure and parallel structure. The adoption of the layer structure simplifies models and improves the readability. Then, the workflow engine is implemented which can automatically route the execution of task by the configured the executed conditions and next conditions. The workflow system can be suitable for each kind of modeling of business flow, making the business flow reconstructed. The main research works of this dissertation are as follows:1. The corresponding solution to building reconstructable work flow management system has been proposed in the dissertation, which bases on the theory of business process reconstruction and the theory of the workflow management system.2. The key techniques and methods for building reconstructable work flows, such as workflow modeling, the design of process definition tool and workflow engine, the management of resources, have been researched. The main function and structure of work flow management has been discussed, and the implementation of the work flow management has been studied.3. To make the model more simple, a method based on the network vector graph has been proposed, which don't differentiate the choice structure and parallel structure in the design interface.As a part of the ICETIP, workflow management system with businessreconstruction breaks the traditional methods, supports process logical reconstruction, and has the characteristics of expandability, reconfiguration, reconstruction and maintainability in the design of business process system.
