Manufacturing is the pillar industry of China. With the continuous development of computer technology and network technology, the manufacturing industry is growing more intelligent and network-oriented by the constantly boosting of the advanced automation technology and information technology. Traditional manufacturing companies are lack of the field management of the workshop appliance and the staff’s working condition.Traditionally, the Workflow, based on paper forms, can’t meet the needs of a modern enterprise either on efficiency or the use of the resource.As the current hot topic in the field of computer applications, Workflow perform the appropriate task and monitored it according to certain rules and procedures in order to improve work efficiency, to control of the process better, to enhance the service of customers, to manage the process of business more effectively and so on. At the same time,wireless communication technology and portable devices have been developed rapidly in recent years. The exchange and management of information can take place anywhere in anytime, without the limitation of enterprise’s geographic location. Therefore, using Workflow technology to modeling and analyzing business process can not only standardize business processes, restructure business process, but also raise the efficiency of enterprises.As the most important and central portion, Workflow engine is the state transition machine of management system. It controls the operating environment for Workflow instances, including Workflow analysis, resource allocation and logic control. On the basis of analysis of the development of Workflow technology at home and abroad,this paper mainly discussed the characteristics of the combinitation of manufacturing and Workflow technology. Based on the design platform of Guizhou Haotian Optoelectronics TechnologyCo. Ltd, the overall functional structure and architecture system had been designed by analyzing the demand of research, which combines the features of the work inside the plant works. It achieves the function of configurations and creating work for the Workflow engine. On the base of the realization of fully digital plant, including of equipment operation(Industrial Management), field operations(Mobility Management) and auxiliary monitor(IOT Management), Workflow engine uses Activiti5 for middle ware, uses Java language to develop software and integration of spring framework. Bying the control and supervision of the task, this paper designs the Workflow management system which based on the factory production tasks. At the same time, it achieves the system’s core processes in the mobile platform.
