With the development of the computer technology, the telecommunication technology and the sensor technology, the sensor, detecting circuit and digital transmission are more and more microminiaturized, intellectualized, integrated and lowly-consumed. Moreover, the sensor technology and the radio technology are combined more and more closely with the latter's rapid development. The use of radio technology in constructing the wireless transmission module of data acquisition could reduce the cable connection between systems. And this wireless transmission module could be carried conveniently and applied widely, being able to be used outdoors or in some temporary monitoring situations besides under the ordinary conditions. Thus, it is significant in practice to study the miniaturized integrated acceleration sensor based on radio transmitting and receiving. Here in this study, an integrated sensor prototype of integrated detecting circuit, A/D and wireless digital transmission module is developed for the acceleration sensor. The debugging result indicates that this developed module meets the expected designing requirements in function. It suits various kinds of sensor and can be equipped with different parameters such as sampling pattern, sampling frequency and sampling number, thus realizing multi-spot and multi-channel data collection. Therefore, this module is a promising prospect in application.The first part of this paper is a brief introduction to the history of sensor technology development. After this is an analysis about the structure principles of the piezoelectric acceleration sensor and about the features of the output signals of the piezoelectric transistor sensor. The designing of the corresponding circuit in signal redesigning for the piezoelectric acceleration sensor is also offered here. With these technologies, the author puts forward the scheme of the wireless acceleration measurement system based on nRF24E1,a wireless transmitting and receiving radio frequency chip. A detailed introduction is devoted to the circuit design of each part of the hardware in this system, the design of the software procedure flow and the wireless communication flow. And the last part is about the hardware and software requirements of the wireless acceleration measurement system, and the method and result of the system debugging.
