Acceleration sensors can be widely used in the field of control, such as aerospace, robotics and military objects. This paper illustrated the development of history on transducer, the working principle of the transducer and the piezoelectric transducer on the basis of the introduction to the structure of PZT piezoelectric material, the piezoelectric theory, piezoelectric effect and piezoelectric transducer. Piezoelectric acceleration sensor also known as accelerometers, when it is vibrating, the power that block add on shift. Meanwhile, the static properties of the transducer and the manipulation fundamental approaches of experimental data were introduced. The piezoelectric accelerometer introduced in this paper can be used to measure vibration. On this basis, the article outlines the design method on acceleration transducer PZT piezoelectric element and amplifier circuit using. PZT piezoelectric component is selected for flexible component, quality tube is used as base and quality cylinder block is used as quality block. Double-stranded metal wire append with metal shield and insulation skin is selected for wire. Differential amplifier circuit based on 741 integrated operational amplifier is used as amplifying. Preliminary experiment was manipulated by piezoelectric transducer which was self-designed, and the experimental data were processed. Static properties of sensor are obtained include hysteretic curve and the size of curve, repetitive and the size of the curve, linearity curve and the size of curve, sensitivity of the sensor and the sensor accuracy. The results showed that the designing method using PZT piezoelectric is viable.
