With the rapid development of information technology and network technology, the manufacturing industry is undergoing a revolutionary change, that digital manufacturing means, such as ERP, MES and so on, are widely applied by companies. Especially under the creation of "Full3D", the demands of digitalization are more and more strongly. The "Full3D" means that the process information transferred among different manufacturing sectors should be in3D using digital mode which replaces the traditional2D using papery mode. Therefore, the research on how to provide finer process instructions in the environment of "Full3D" than the traditional mode is practical meaningful and has promising application prospects.Based on the analysis of production situation of aerospace manufacturing company, especially the situation of process, requirement analysis for3D-PAS (Process Application System) is given. Then the system frame of3D-PAS and its function model which is built using UML modeling tool are constructed. With the basis of ontology technology, the representation method for3D process information knowledge is put forward, as well as its ontology models with the use of ontology modeling tool named Protege. What’s more, with the use of OWL (Web Ontology Language), ontology models are descripted in semantic way. Based on this, the concept of multidimensional view is created, which provide the representative structure of3D process information. Furthermore, the online self-organization strategy is proposed based on the multidimensional view and fractional dimensional representation. Then the online self-organizing instances are given through the reasoning which is based on description logic.Finally, based on the study of the key technologies, the prototype system of3D-PAS, oriented to the requirements of applying enterprise, is developed using JAVA, JENA, JSP/Servlet and so on. Then the application examples of this system are described.
